			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="margin:0;padding:0;">O echipă condusă de Costas Karageorghis, de la Brunel University din Londra, a căutat o formulă pentru a găsi bucata muzicală perfectă pentru un antrenament. Graţie notelor, rezistenţa fizică a subiecţilor a crescut cu 15 sau chiar 20 la sută.</p>

<p style="margin:0;padding:0;">Pentru orice tip de antrenament există un fundal muzical adecvat, ţinând cont de ritm, tempo şi muzicalitate. Melodiile potrivite pentru antrenament sunt cele care au între 120 şi 140 de bătăi pe minut, cum ar fi &#8220;I like the way you move&#8221; a trupei Bodyrockers, &#8220;Mercy&#8221; a lui Duffy sau bucăţi clasice de la Queen &#8211; &#8220;Don’t stop me now&#8221; sau Abba &#8211; &#8220;Dancing Queen&#8221;. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Irina Reisler este cel mai edificator exemplu ca o dieta isi face treaba asa cum trebuie si ca nu este un travaliu indelung si in final amagitor, fara pic de rezultate. Ea a avut 100 de kilograme si a simtit pe pielea ei tot ce inseamna sa ai aceasta greutate: din punct de vedere personal, social sau profesional, totul era un esec! Acum insa se poate declara o invingatoare, victoria ei fiind nu numai asupra kilogramelor, ci reflectandu-se in toate palierele vietii sale.
